Heartbroken
Last night was a horrific night for us. We lost Mackenzie in a very sudden and traumatic way. He was very special to us, and we loved him very much. We are all devastated. Please keep us in your prayers. None of us really can talk about it without being emotional, so we don't really want to talk about it. We miss him terribly and still cannot believe he is gone.

THE DEATH OF MACKENZIE IS VERY SADDENING. HE WAS A VERY SMART DOG WITH A KIND AND LOVING HEART. YOU COULD TELL THAT HE LOVED Y'ALL A LOT JUST BY THE WAY HE ACTED WHEN HE SAW YOU AGAIN AFTER ONLY JUST EVEN A SHORT TIME OF BEING SEPARATED FROM YOU.
HE LOVED ATTENTION AND WE ALL ENJOYED GIVING IT TO HIM. MACKENZIE WILL CERTAINLY BE MISSED, BUT NEVER, EVER FORGOTTEN AS HE LEFT MANY GOOD MEMORIES FOR US ALL.
I'm so sorry! I can't even imagine the loss you are feeling. Mackenzie being gone has left a big whole in your family. I know the house feels empty without him. You know I love you and am always here for you. I'll be praying for you all.
