More underwater success pictures

We went to the pool with the Durhams Tuesday. Eric decided to start going all the way under. He had previously been going under with just his nose and mouth. The eyes and hair stayed out most of the time. Tuesday he was full on going under. I posted one video on Tuesday, but here is another.

Surgery

Eric's surgery went well last week. We were at Children's for 9 hours, so it made for a long day.
Here are a couple of pre-op pictures. We had to hang in that room for a while. He brought his monkey Journey and his new Bakugan to keep him company. They gave Journey a bracelet and let him go in the operation room with Eric.




Here is a recovery room picture. They wouldn't let him go home until he consumed some fluids. All he wanted was water, but they wouldn't let him have that. So, here he is trying to eat a popsicle.

Caves!

We had the best day today. Kaden came home with us after the fireworks last night, and we went to the Blanchard Springs Caverns today. It was a long drive, but so worth it. We had a great time. The boys were completely overwhelmed by the size of the caves. They thought it was so cool that they were actually underground.


This is the soda straw room. The ceiling is covered with thousands of hollow tubes. It was beautiful!

Check out the cool Battleship! There were several formations that resembled objects, but this was by far the coolest.
